These cute animal pictures originally started out as cards, but the time involved in making them doesn’t really warrant being a greetings card although just for examples I have shown some of the originals here. I am now creating them and will supply them in a card mount ready from framing or framed so prices may vary.

Each is made by me by hand using dry needle felting techniques. It was a pastime that started off with me doing some of our sheep which are coloured Rylands who look like big teddy bears and were really cute as lambs.  I then started creating Alpacas as I just love them. From there I experimented with donkeys, ponies and dogs. They make cute gifts for children and adults alike.

Prices and Sizes

Each original needle felted piece is lovingly created and very individual. Prices vary according to size and whether you require it framed. Generally they fit size 5” x 5” square or 5” x 7” rectangular frames, some are slightly larger fitting an 8” x 6” frame. I can supply them unframed or card mounted.

Prices start from £20.00 for an unframed design supplied in a card mount, up to £35.00 depending on size.

Its best to message me with your requirements and I can do you a quote. If you pay on line here you will be buying  a small sized one in a card mount. Once you have paid I will contact you to discuss what animal you would like, colour schemes, nount colour etc. If you decide you would like a bigger one or supplied framed I can provide a quote for the additional service.

Frames

Extra for frames. As an example the small square white box frames made of MDF  were purchased from Sainsbury’s for around £6.00. At the time they also had them in a light Oak finish.

Postage

Postage will be calculated once the bespoke item is finished as dependent on dimensions and weight.
